- 2007 - Launch of FuelServe.net an Internet database to provide fleet managers with a web based fuel management system showing account fuel usage, vehicle utilization and operations cost information.
- 2007 - New Product Announcement: EXACTA Fuel Controller is added to Multiforce's product line as a result of an alliance with Bennet Pump Company.
- 2006 - Developed Exacta integrated site controller for installation within the Bennett 3K electronic dispenser. Also, developed WiFi web interface to retrieve data from site controller is developed.
- 2005 - Developed a low cost gate access controller, OTI vehicle tag for hands free fuel authorization, TeleStream to provide level 3 maintenance data to Voyager, SQL version of FuelForce database, interactive network communication that runs as a service on the customer network, barcode reader input for FuelForce controllers, and HID standardized proximity card input for FuelForce controllers.
- 2004 - FuelServe is introduced to host and administer fuel sites for card lock and other customers. Also, introduced FuelStream direct interface to the Voyager Fleet System for Billing and Settlement and first stand-alone Training Video Console for CNG sites.
- 2003 - Certified with Concord/EFS clearinghouse and Paymentech and created new FF894T truck mounted site controller with auto-download feature.
- 2002 - Introduced low cost FF894 site controller for use with Fleet Credit Card systems, developed first Training Video controller for Greenfield CNG Dispenser, and integrated the FF814 site controller with commercial fuel dispensers.
- 2001 - Certified with ADS credit card clearinghouse processing for Visa, M/C, Amex, Discover, etc and introduced the first controller to authorize fuel through a clearinghouse or in-house database from a single site controller simultaneously.
- 2000 - Upgraded host software to run in Windows 98.
- 1999 - Introduced wireless communication between customer's host computer and the FF814 site controller and introduced network version of host software for near real time data transfer over the customer's WAN. Also, integrated customer's proximity card reader into the FF814 site controller, which allows customers to use their employee access badges to authorize fuel. Additionally, successfully tested for Y2K compliance and introduced new Y2K compliant operating system into the FF814 site controller.
- 1998 - Certified with Paymentech Network credit card clearinghouse to validate PHH, Voyager, and WEX "Retail" transactions and upgraded site controller hardware with imbedded processor and solid state hard drive for improved field reliability.
- 1997 - Introduced gate access control through the FuelForce site controller and a mobile tanker mounted system with portable hose control and developed program to integrate Voyager Retail Card transactions into the FuelForce host database. This puts all fuel data for a customer in a single database for management reporting.
- 1996 - Developed FF824 single site system where both Host and Site Controller software run on one PC. This hard-wired system is designed for small customers with only one fuel site. Also, upgraded host software to run in Microsoft Visual FoxPro, Windows 95, and Windows NT and developed interface between FuelForce controller and non-intervention (passive) fuel system.
- 1994 - Introduced TankWatch - Tank Leak Test and Reconciliation module with Veeder-Root TLS350 and a magnetic stripe card reader option to the FF814 to read retail credit cards.
- 1993 - Introduced the FF814 site controller that communicated directly with the Windows 3.1-host software through our proprietary Communication program running on ProComm. This system is the first to successfully utilize a distributed Database. It includes fast, reliable file-based transfer to the host. Later, included "Add Product" and "Non-metered Product" functions to the FF814 site controller. This allows users to capture oil and other products issued at the fuel island or in the maintenance bay. Also, introduced FuelForce/PC, the first Windows based host software running on FoxPro Database.
- 1991 - Introduced the FF804 integrated cabinet design with large screen LCD display. The FF804 is able to control multiple data entry terminals per site.
- 1988 - Provided the first automated fueling system to control CNG with our FF801 site controller.
- 1986 - Integrated FuelForce with TaskForce Fleet Maintenance System on the HP3000.
- 1984 - Introduced FuelForce, the industry's first cardless/keyless fueling system (FF801) with two-way communication to a Hewlett-Packard minicomputer (HP1000).
- 1983 - Development of FuelForce, a fuel management system.
- 1981 - Multiforce Systems is founded by Tom Bates.
