Letter from the President

Tom Bates, President and founder of Multiforce SystemsAs we close out another great year at Multiforce, I want to thank you all for your continued support of the FuelForce system. We are looking forward to another banner year in 2009.

2008 saw several important innovations from Multiforce. We introduced the WAVE site controller (see details on the newsletter cover). This unit will include all new site software with the same database that will be used in our host systems. That means the customer can access each fuel controller via a web interface. Imagine being able to download prices, add vehicles and drivers, and query each site controller from your PC, laptop or even your PDA.

Our new web-based software also allows our customers to capture manual data from those very small sites for which automation cost is prohibitive. If any of you have small tanks at parks or off highway sites, you can now go on the internet and enter transactions against a live database of active vehicles and fuelers. While this system is less secure than an automated site, it does allow you to capture all your fuel in a single database. You may also enter deliveries and dip readings for these sites for tank reconciliation. You can also easily cost justify automation or even eliminating these sites based on high volumes, fuel losses, and high administrative cost.

Alternative fuels became very popular this year as we seek Energy independence and improved air quality. We see strong growth in the CNG market with our friends at Clean Energy and we offer a very cost effective E-85/Biodiesel vending solution with our business partners, U-Fuel and Bennett Pump Co. We are prepared to meet the growing demand for alternative fuel infrastructure over the coming decade.

Of course, we continue to provide the most flexible system for integrating with Fleet Management Systems and Fleet Credit Cards. We recently added Networkcar to our partner list in the new and expanding field of Telematics. This complements existing RFID Tag and proximity tag offerings.

If you wish to learn more about any of these and other new offerings, please contact us. You will be pleased with the low cost to upgrade for our existing supported customers. Remember, with FuelForce, you NEVER NEED TO BUY ANOTHER FUEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM!
