User Input Options

The LCD backlit display screen shows 4 lines of 80 characters of text.

Keypad - All 894's come with a rugged numeric 16 button, flat-faced keypad. This keypad is the most cost effective and a highly secure data entry solution. The keypad is the base line and an emergency backup for all other input options. The keypad provides a simple entry of vehicle, driver, odometer and hose.

Magnetic Card Reader (optional) - You may use house account cards, credit cards, fleet credit cards, or our debit card.

Proximity Card / Key Reader / Vehicle Key FOB Reader (optional)  - Secure prox keys can be attached to each vehicle's key ring. You may use the same Employee/Driver Access Badge that you use for building access to validate your drivers at the controller.

Communication Options

Host Software - Host Software from Multiforce is used to connect customers HOST computer to the 894 using wireless, phone line or LAN line

FuelServe - Multiforce will HOST customer site for a fee and will provide all reports to customer via Secure Website. (Cell modem or analog phone line required)

WiFi with Laptop or Desktop PC up to 520 Ft maximum distance with simple reporting only (no Host Software needed, EXCEL spreadsheet reports)
