From a Distributor Who Switched to FuelForce

This is a letter from a former distributor of a major competitor who switched to FuelForce:

"We have been a competitor of FuelForce for years.

We are now going to be distributing the FuelForce fuel management line.

Why?

While the competing hardware is excellent and their software interface is easy to use, it is the IT aspect of the installation that is our Achilles heel. Either the client’s IT guy is an Ahole or lazy or thinks he is the King of Security or the client’s software is so old, the competitor cannot WebEx in to trouble shoot software issues. We loved the product but we cringed once we got on to the client’s PC or server.

Every one of the 50+ sites we have installed the competing products are up and running, but it is the IT issues that kill us.

For that reason, we met with Multiforce at the Princeton manufacturing facility a few months ago. We really like the FuelForce hardware design as much as the competition. What we really loved was that they use cellular modems for communication and there is no issue with security or the need for an IP address or the need go to an IT person from our client. Plus Multiforce will build the database and the second we power up the new unit, the database is installed and you are up and running.

We will do the install and Multiforce will be 100% responsible for software support, etc. Based on what we have seen at their factory, almost everything that can be troubleshot can be done from their office, remotely."
